Abstract: 본 발명은 동작시의 체표면 변화량을 3차원 스캐너의 3차원 스캐닝을 통해 획득하는 기능성 속옷의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 팔관절의 외전운동과 무릎의 굴곡 운동에 따라 변화하는 체표면 변화를 반영한 재봉선을 설정한 패턴의 제조방법 및 상기 패턴에 따라 제조되는 기능성 속옷의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 기능성 속옷은, 동작에 있어서 불편함이 없으며 착용감이 우수한 장점을 가진다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing functional underwear capable of obtaining a body surface variation in action by a 3D scanning of a 3D scanner, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing patterns with sewing lines reflecting the body surface variation which changes according to the movement of arm joints and the movement of the knees; and a method for manufacturing functional underwear manufactured according to the patterns. The functional underwear according to the present invention improves user convenience regardless of movement and has excellent wearability.

Abstract: 본발명의일 실시예에따른피부무변형선을이용한부력복제작방법은인체의피부영역에복수개의계측점을표시하고, 표시된계측점을이용하여피부무변형선을검출하는제1단계와, 목둘레선및 진동둘레선을선택하는제2단계와, 제2단계에서선택된목둘레선및 진동둘레선에대응되는내피및 외피를형성하는제3단계와, 제3단계에서형성된내피의외면에부력재를배치하고, 부력재를외면에외피를배치한뒤 내피와외피를결합하는제4단계를포함하여이루어지고, 제3단계에서형성된내피및 외피와, 제4단계에서배치된부력재는피부무변형선에대응되어분리형성되는것이바람직하다. 본발명에따른피부무변형선을이용한부력복및 이를이용한부력복제작방법은인체에복수개의계측점을표시하고, 계측점을이용하여인체의동작에따른피부무변형선을검하여검출된피부무변형선을이용하여부력복을제작함으로써수상활동시착용자의신체로부터이탈되지않으며, 동작에따른원활한변형이이루어질수 있도록하는효과가있다. 또한, 피부무변형선과부력복을밀착시킬수 있도록별도의추가적구성을채택하여부력복의착용시신체와부력복의밀착상태를견고하게유지시킬수 있는효과가있다.

Abstract: The method for manufacturing a buoyancy suit using skin lines of non-extension according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step of detecting skin lines of non-extension by indicating a plurality of measurement points on the skin region of a human body and using the indicated measurement points; a second step of selecting a neck base line and an armhole line; a third step of forming an inner layer and an outer layer corresponding to the neck base line and the armhole line selected in the second step; and a fourth step of arranging a buoyancy member on the outer surface of the inner layer formed in the third step, arranging the outer layer on the outer surface of the buoyancy member, and combining the inner layer with the outer layer. It is desirable that the inner layer and the outer layer formed in the third step, and the buoyancy member formed in the fourth step are formed separately to correspond to the skin lines of non-extension. The buoyancy suit using skin lines of non-extension and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention prevents the buoyancy suit from separating from the body of a wearer during water activities and makes the buoyancy suit flexible by producing the buoyancy suit using skin lines of non-extension detected depending on the movement of a human body in the process of indicating a plurality of measurement points on a human body and using the measurement points.
