Abstract: An antenna on vehicle for a satellite DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) is provided to receive a broadcasting signal by using a beam pattern to receive a satellite signal, irrespective of a position of the vehicle. A square microstrip antenna includes a square flat metal patch(110), plural plates(120) spaced apart from each other at a certain intervals, a square ground plate(130) electrically connected to the patch, and a dielectric(140) filled between the patch and the plate. A visible length of the antenna and a resonance frequency are adjusted by changing the number of the plates. The patch and the ground plate are electrically connected to each other by an engaging unit.

Abstract: 본 발명은 위성 디엠비용 차량 탑재 안테나에 관한 것으로서, 정방형 금속평면형태의 패치(110); 상기 패치의 밑면에 정방형의 띠 형상으로 모서리 부분이 개방되어 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 부착되는 다수의 플레이트(120); 상기 패치와 전기적으로 연결되는 정방형의 접지판(130); 및 상기 패치와 상기 플레이트 사이에 충전되는 유전체(140); 로 구성된다.
본 발명에 따르면, 차량위치와 기동 자세에 관계없이 위성신호 수신이 가능한 빔 패턴을 이용하여 신호의 단절 없이 수신 가능한 위성 디엠비(DMB)용 차량 탑재 안테나를 제공할 수 있다.
