Abstract: 본 발명은 인조목재 복합재에 관한 것으로, a) 10 ~ 50메쉬의 입자크기를 갖으며, 함수율이 4% 이하인 목분, 말레익언하이드라이드, 테트라 하이드로 프탈릭언하이드라이드 선택되는 1종 이상의 커플링제, 개시제 및 비닐벤젠 또는 메타크릴산을 첨가하여 교반하면서 목분의 표면을 처리하는 단계; b) 상기 표면 처리된 목분 50 ~ 80 중량%, 폴리올레핀계수지 10 ~ 45 중량%, 무수말레인산 변성 폴리프로필렌 또는 그 유도체 1 ~ 10 중량%를 혼합하는 단계; 및 c) 상기 혼합물을 압출기 호퍼에 투입하여 압출기내에서 가압 혼련한 후, 다이에서 복합재로 성형하는 단계; 를 포함하는 인조목재 복합재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer resin extruding device and a processed product manufactured using the same are provided to extrude a material with high viscosity at a low pressure. CONSTITUTION: A polymer resin extruding device comprises a hopper(30), a screw(20), and a die(50). The hopper supplies a melted resin. The screw pressurizes the melted resin. The melted resin molded from the screw is discharged in the die. An oil supply pipe(56) is formed on one side of the die. The oil is organic oil or inorganic oil and is transmitted by force with a pump to an extruder.
