CONSTITUTION: An increasing method of the ginsenoside content inside a red ginseng water extract comprises the following steps: cutting a main root, lateral roots, and rootlets of red ginseng; inserting the main root, the lateral roots, and the rootlets into an extractor containing water; and heating for 5~7hours at 94~96deg C to increase the total ginsenoside content of the red ginseng water extract.
