Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a conjugated polymer compound having an aldehyde group and a method for manufacturing polymer nanoparticles and detecting protein using the conjugated polymer compound and, more particularly, to a method for synthesizing a conjugated polymer compound capable of being used as a protein chemical sensor and a biosensor via fluorescent change by fluorescence resonance energy transfer between two materials by including biotin on the surface of polymer nanoparticles as a protein ligand and combining the biotin combined with the polymer nanoparticles, which is an energy donor, and streptavidin having a Texas red dye, which is an energy acceptor, and a method for manufacturing polymer nanoparticles. The present invention can be used for medical study, clinical testing and chemical analysis because protein can be analyzed.

본발명은고분자나노입자와그래핀옥사이드간의에너지전이에의한형광강도가변하는원리를바탕으로트립신이고분자나노입자표면에도입된폴리펩타이드를분해하는것을이용하여고분자나노입자와그래핀옥사이드의상호작용을제어함으로써수용액상에서트립신을선택적으로형광을검출하는방법에관한것이다. 또한, 공액화고분자화합물을이용하여고분자나노입자를제조한후 표면에폴리펩타이드를도입하여그래핀옥사이드와의복합체형성을통하여, 수용액상에서특정바이오물질에대한인지물질로사용할수 있으며, 화학센서및 바이오센서로다양하게사용할수 있고, 진단, 의학연구, 임상실험, 화학분석등에널리사용될수 있다.
