Abstract: PURPOSE: A fixed-layer micro reactor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to generate a catalyst system providing a very large surface-volume ratio by the catalytic reaction and allowing regular dispersion of catalyst particles, and to prevent coagulation of nano particles. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fixed-layer micro reactor comprises the following steps: a step of synthesizing a self-assembled type poly(vinyl silazane)-block-poly(ethylene oxide) diblock copolymer(PVSZ-SS-PEO); a step of preparing a thin film of the PVSZ-SS-PEO on a substrate; a step of dipping the thin film into a reducing agent for PEO-block wash; a step of obtaining a thiol-functioned nano porous thin film; a step of selectively fixing metal nano particles to the nano porous thin film; and a step of clamping by arranging a micro channel on the film with the metal nano particles.
