Abstract: The present invention relates to a concrete block which does not use cement. The concrete block using a non-cement binder includes 0.1-92 parts by weight of fine aggregates with a size of 5 mm or less; 20-50 parts by weight of the non-cement binder containing 20-90 wt% of blast-furnace slag fine powder, 1-65 wt% of high calcium fly ash, 0.1-15 wt% of desulfurized gypsum which is a byproduct of a refining progress, 0.1-20 wt% of quicklime, 0.1-20 wt% of slaked lime, 0.001-5 wt% of high performance AE water reducing agent powder; and 4-30 parts by weight of water relative to 100 parts by weight of crushed stone with a particle size of 5-25 mm or waste concrete,.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及不使用水泥的混凝土块。 使用非水泥粘合剂的混凝土块包括0.1-92重量份的尺寸为5mm或更小的细骨料; 20-50重量份的非水泥粘合剂，其含有20-90重量％的高炉渣细粉，1-65重量％的高钙飞灰，0.1-15重量％的脱硫石膏，其为副产物 精炼进程，0.1-20重量％的生石灰，0.1-20重量％的熟石灰，0.001-5重量％的高性能AE减水剂粉末; 和相对于100重量份粒度为5-25mm的碎石或废弃混凝土的4-30重量份的水。
