Abstract:
본발명은바실러스투린지엔시스아종쿠르스타키 KB100 균주의유효량에탄닌산을첨가하여제조된해충방제용조성물및 이의용도에관한것으로, 더욱상세하게는본 발명의 KB100 균주의유효량에탄닌산을첨가하여파밤나방중장액의프로테아제로인한 KB100 균주의프로톡신의과분해를억제함으로써살충활성을지속시킬수 있다는것을확인하였다. 따라서, 본발명의해충방제용조성물은파밤나방에대해강력한살충효과를보이며, 특히종령기에접어든파밤나방에서바실러스투린지엔시스()의감수성저하문제를해결할수 있다. 따라서, 본발명은친환경적인대안으로서작물에미치는영향을최소화하고작물에발생하는해충을방제하는데효과적이므로, 무공해성해충방제용제재의개발등에유용하게이용될수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelenesis CAB199 with pesticidal effect is provided to eliminate mosquito larva in an eco-friendly method. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism formulation for eliminating mosquito larva contains Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelenesis CAB199 strain(KACC91528P) or culture liquid thereof as an active ingredient. The mosquito includes Culex pipiens molestus, Culex pipiens pallens, Culex inatomii, or Aedes aegypti. The microorganism formulation is manufactured in the form of a wettable powder or suspension concentrate. The wettable powder contains the Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelenesis CAB199 strain, white carbon, sodium bis[2-ethyl hexyl]sulfosuccinate, sodium lignosulfonate, and kaolin.
