Abstract: PURPOSE: A light concrete and a safety display device using the same are provided to secure the safety of a pedestrian and a driver by improving the visibility of a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A light concrete comprises a body part(110), a light collecting unit(120), a light transmitting unit(140) and a light emitting unit(160). The body part is formed by curing concrete materials. The light collecting unit is arranged on one side of the body part and has a lens for collecting external light. The light transmitting unit is arranged on the rear of the light collecting unit. The light transmitting unit transmits light to a wanted position through the optical fiber buried in the body part. The light emitting unit emits light transmitted through the light transmitting unit to the outside.
