본 발명에 따른 비정질 실리콘 산화물(SiO x 0.3 ≤ x ≤ 1.5) 박막 음극은 결정질에 비해 구조변화 스트레스가 적어 개선된 충방전 특성을 보이며 넓은 Si:O 비율을 가지는 실리콘 산화물 박막을 제작할 수 있다. 또한 비정질 실리콘 산화물 박막 음극을 채용하고 실란계 화합물을 첨가한 비수용성 카보네이트계 전해질 및 상온 이온성 액체 전해질로 이루어진 리튬 이온 이차전지는 충방전 성능이 안정화된다.
