Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a microfluidic channel which is modified into hydrophilicity is provided to be applied to medical equipment. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a microfluidic channel of which surface is hydrophilic comprises: a step of forming a channel substrate using polymeric materials; and a step of laminating anionic polymeric electrolyte layer and cationic polymeric electrolyte on the channel substrate. A microfluidic device or biosensor contains the microfluidic channel.
