Abstract:
본 발명은 한국잔디 신품종 장성샛별을 구분하기 위한 특이 SCAR 마커 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 특이 SCAR 마커를 통하여 한국잔디 신품종 장성샛별의 효율적인 품종 식별, 품종보호 및 1대 잡종의 순도검정이 가능하다. 또한, 생육이 빠르고 피복속도가 빠르면서도 밀도가 높고 마디간 길이가 짧은 고품질 한국잔디 계통인 장성샛별 품종의 분자육종연구 및 잔디육종산업상 매우 유용하게 응용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel variety of lawn plants is provided to commercialize high quality lawn plants with superior leaf texture compared with the leaf texture of a wild type and to be used as a useful resource. CONSTITUTION: A novel variety (KCTC 12176BP) of lawn plants is obtained by making seeds of Zoysia japonica irradiated with proton beam at a dose of 230-280 Gy. The proton beam-irradiated lawn plants have thinner leaves than wild type lawn plants. The width of the proton beam-irradiated lawn plants is reduced by 0.51.5 mm compared with the wild type lawn plants. [Reference numerals] (AA) Control group; (BB) Thin leaf

PURPOSE: A new variety of the flame grass is provided to be used as useful basic materials for the development of biomass resources to produce bioenergy by greatly increasing the number of tillers compared to the wild type which is not irradiated by the gamma-ray. CONSTITUTION: A new variety of the flame grass (accession number: KCTC 12110BP) has increased number of tillers compared to the wild type which is not irradiated by the gamma-ray, and is obtained by irradiating the gamma-ray to the Miscanthus sinensis to induce the mutant. The gamma-ray is irradiated as the dose of 110~150 Gy. The tiller number is increased by 30~80% compared to the wild type which is not irradiated by the gamma-ray.
