Abstract: An egg layer monitoring system is provided to determine diseased layers and dead layers in an egg layer cage automatically, minimize the contact from the outside to keep the environment of the cage constant and the diseased and dead layers rapidly and easily discover by introducing an input image automatic determination algorithm through an image monitoring device. A egg layer monitoring system comprises (a) a monitoring device(400) consisting of: a recognition portion(100) including a camera(110) photographing image of the egg layer in an egg layer cage and an auxiliary lighting(120) increasing the luminous intensity to allow the camera to acquire the image with good quality; a driving portion(200) including a driving device(210) which is equipped at the outside of the egg layer cage and moves the recognition portion to a predetermined direction and distance according to structure, external shape and dimension of the case so as to acquire the image of specific cage inside and a position sensor(220) measuring the position of the driving device; and a control portion(300) which includes a communication portion(320) receiving the position of the recognition portion from the position sensor and receiving the image from the camera and a driving controlling device for controlling the power on and off of the driving device and the driving speed using the position of the recognition portion, and (b) a central monitoring device which includes a program where an image treating algorithm is embedded to automatically determine diseased layers and dead layers using the image transferred from the communication portion. The recognition portion further comprises a lighting box(130) in which the camera and the auxiliary lighting are attached, installed at the driving device and blocking light from the outside to keep the luminous intensity of the case inside constant.

Abstract: An upright feeder for noise/vibration reduction is provided, which extends lifetime and endurance period by reducing malfunction and abnormal abrasion.
