Abstract: PURPOSE: A concrete-filled FRP tube sleeper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce tensile strength applied to concrete by previously applying compressive stress to the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete-filled FRP tube sleeper is as follows. An FRP tube composed of an FRP(Fiber Reinforced Polymer) sleeper and a hollow pipe-shaped connection unit is formed(P10). The hollow pipe-shaped connection unit is integrally formed on the FRP sleeper. A sleeper is formed by filling the FRP tube with concrete(P20).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种混凝土填充的FRP管轨枕及其制造方法，以通过预先对混凝土施加压应力来降低施加到混凝土的抗拉强度。 构成：混凝土填充的FRP管轨枕的制造方法如下。 形成由FRP（纤维增强聚合物）轨枕和中空管状连接单元构成的FRP管（P10）。 中空管状连接单元一体地形成在FRP枕木上。 通过用FRP管填充混凝土（P20）形成卧铺。
