Abstract: 본발명은완전합성체로거동하며제작과정도간단하여제작비의절감과구조적으로성능이향상되는콘크리트충전에프알피튜브침목의제조방법에관한것으로, 본발명의일 측면에따르면에프알피(FRP,Fiber Reinforced Polymer) 재질의튜브를형성하는단계와, 튜브의내부에콘크리트를충전하여침목을형성하는단계를포함하여이루어지는것을특징으로하는콘크리트충전에프알피튜브침목의제조방법이제공된다. 또한, 본발명의또 다른측면에따르면전술한방법에의해서제조된콘크리트충전에프알피튜브침목이제공된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A concrete-filled FRP tube sleeper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce tensile strength applied to concrete by previously applying compressive stress to the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete-filled FRP tube sleeper is as follows. An FRP tube composed of an FRP(Fiber Reinforced Polymer) sleeper and a hollow pipe-shaped connection unit is formed(P10). The hollow pipe-shaped connection unit is integrally formed on the FRP sleeper. A sleeper is formed by filling the FRP tube with concrete(P20).
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种混凝土填充的FRP管轨枕及其制造方法,以通过预先对混凝土施加压应力来降低施加到混凝土的抗拉强度。 构成:混凝土填充的FRP管轨枕的制造方法如下。 形成由FRP(纤维增强聚合物)轨枕和中空管状连接单元构成的FRP管(P10)。 中空管状连接单元一体地形成在FRP枕木上。 通过用FRP管填充混凝土(P20)形成卧铺。
