Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing seedless-berries of grapes is provided, thereby easily and cheaply producing seedless-berries of grapes by one time of dipping treatment, so that high quality of grapes can be produced. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing seedless-berries of grapes comprises the steps of: (1) spraying grape trees with a solution containing 180 to 220 mg/l of SM(streptomycin) before 9 to 11 days of full bloom; and (2) dipping the grape trees in a mixed solution containing 22.5 to 27.5 mg/l of GA3(gibberellic acids) and 9 to 11 mg/l of TDZ(N-phenyl-N-12,3-thiadiazole urea) after 2 to 4 days of full bloom, wherein the grape is Black olympia or Vitis labruscana.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种生产无籽浆果葡萄的方法，通过一次浸渍处理，轻松便宜地生产无核浆果的葡萄，从而可以生产高品质的葡萄。 构成：生产无籽浆果的方法包括以下步骤：（1）在盛开9-11天之前，用含有180-220mg / l的SM（链霉素）的溶液喷洒葡萄树; 和（2）将葡萄树浸渍在含有22.5至27.5mg / l的GA3（赤霉酸）和9至11mg / l的TDZ（N-苯基-N-12,3-噻二唑尿素）的混合溶液中，2 到4天的盛开，其中葡萄是黑色奥林匹亚或葡萄干（Vitis labruscana）。

Abstract: 본 발명은 포도의 무핵화 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 종래 무핵화 처리를 위한 침지액의 조성을 달리하고, 침지처리횟수를 1회로 감소시키므로써 보다 경제적이고 간편하게 포도를 무핵화할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
(1) 꽃의 만개 9∼11일 전에 SM 180∼220mg·L
-1 수용액을 살포처리하는 단계;와 (2) 꽃의 만개 2∼4일 후에 GA3 22.5∼27.5mg·L
- , TDZ 9∼11mg·L
-1 혼합수용액에 1회 침지처리하는 단계;의 처리로 포도 품종 거봉의 과립을 무핵화할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명에 의하면, 포도 농가의 노동력을 절약하고, 포도 생산비를 절감시킬 수 있으며, 우수한 품질의 무핵 포도의 생산이 가능하므로 포도의 소비량이 증가하고, 이에 따라 농가소득 증대 및 포도 산업의 안정화에 기여하게 된다.
