Abstract: PURPOSE: A toroidally wound self bearing brushless DC motor is provided to compensate the movement of a radius direction of a rotor by forming an X axial direction he diameter floating force and a Y axial direction floating force of a rotor by combining the force vectors of six coils. CONSTITUTION: A stator(110) comprises a stator core(111) and six coils(112). A rotor(120) has an air gap with a stator and is arranged to rotate in the stator. A position sensor(130) detects the movement of the radius direction of the rotor. An encoder(140) detects the rotation angle of the rotor by sensing the magnetic intensity according to the position of a permanent magnet(122). A controller(150) rotates the rotor by combining the force vector generated from six coils.

Abstract: 기계적 베어링에 의한 지지 없이 회전자가 고정자로부터 부상한 상태로 회전할 수 있는 환형권선 셀프 베어링 브러시리스 직류모터를 개시한다. 환형권선 셀프 베어링 브러시리스 직류모터는 고정자와, 회전자와, 위치센서와, 엔코더 및 제어부를 포함한다. 고정자는 서로 동일한 간격으로 배열된 6개의 코일들이 환형의 고정자 철심에 감겨 있는 구조를 갖는다. 회전자는 고정자 내에서 회전 가능하게 배치되고, 원통형으로 이루어진 회전자 철심의 외주면에 영구자석이 장착된 구조를 갖는다. 위치센서는 회전자의 반경방향 운동을 검출한다. 엔코더는 영구자석의 위치에 따른 자화 세기를 감지하여 회전자의 회전 각도를 검출한다. 제어부는 6개의 코일들에서 발생하는 로렌츠 힘 벡터를 조합하여, 회전자를 회전시킴과 동시에, 위치센서와 엔코더로부터 검출된 정보를 토대로 회전자의 반경방향 운동을 보상해서 회전자를 부상시키도록, 6개의 코일들에 입력되는 입력 전류를 제어한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A linear vibration motor is provided to permanent magnets into a Halbach array, thereby increasing a magnetic flux density. CONSTITUTION: A linear vibration motor includes a case, a shaft member(200), a vibrator, a second permanent magnet(400), and a coil(500). A predetermined space is formed inside the case. Both ends of the shaft member are fixed to the inner side of the case. The first vibrator includes a first permanent magnet. The second permanent magnets are mounted on the both ends of the shaft member. The coil surrounds the vibrator.
