Abstract:
본 발명은 힌더드 아민과 알카노일 클로라이드의 반응을 통하여 양 말단에 힌더드 아민을 갖는 화합물과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 양말단에 힌더드 아민과 아마이드기를 포함하는 양말단에 힌더드 아민을 갖는 화합물로 열과 자외선 모두에 안정성을 부여하는 안정제로 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 술폰산 또는 술폰산염 이온성기의 도입으로 물에 용해되는 특성을 갖게 되었을 뿐 아니라, 친수성이 증진된 박막으로 제조된 화학센서 및 바이오센서용 수용성 공액화 고분자 화합물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 주쇄 내에 시스테인과 반응할 수 있는 많은 수의 알데하이드기를 가지고 있어, 공액화 구조에서 발현되는 형광변화를 통한 화학센서 및 바이오센서로 이용이 가능한 수용성 공액화 고분자 화합물과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수용성 공액화 고분자 화합물은 측쇄에 수용성과 친수성을 부여하는 술폰산 또는 술폰산염을 도입시키고, 시스테인과의 선택적 반응을 할 수 있는 작용기로 알데하이드기를 도입한 바이오센서물질로서, 시스테인을 분석하는 것이 가능하므로 의학연구, 임상실험, 화학분석 등이 널리 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A water-soluble conjugated polymer compound is provided to be used as a material for sensing a specific biomaterial, and to be utilized as a chemical sensor and a biosensor by having excellent selectivity to cysteine. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble conjugated polymer compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1: R is a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl group substituted by sulfonic acid or sulfonate; and each of m, n, and l is as a molar fracture, m is an integer from 0.01-0.3, n is an integer from 0.01-0.1, and l is 1-(m+n). The linear conjugated polymer compound has a number average molecular weight of 3,000-100,000. A strip sensor includes the conjugated polymer compound, and is used for selectively detecting amino acid using a phosphor photometer.

PURPOSE: A benzene compound with a hindered amine is provided to be used as a stabilizing agent with stability to heat and UV rays. CONSTITUTION: A benzene compound with a hindered amine is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the benzene compound comprises the step of reacting hindered amine of chemical formula 2 and benzene carbonyl chloride of chemical formula 3 at room temperature for 8-24 hours. An amide-based stabilizing agent contains the benzene compound.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a compound with hindered amine at both ends is provided to ensure thermal and UV stability and to use the compound as a stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: A compound having hindered amine at both ends is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is C1-C12 alkyl; and R2 is hydrogen, C1-C12 alkyl, and C1-C12 alkoxy. A method for preparing the compound comprises a step of reacting the hindered amine of chemical formula 2 with alkanoyl chloride of chemical formula 3 at room temperature for 8-24 hours. The alkanoyl chloride is succinyl chloride, adipoyl chloride, suberoyl chloride, or sebacoyl chloride. An amide-based stabilizer contains the compound.

CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble conjugated polymer is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is a linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl group substituted by a sulfonic acid or sulfonic acid salt, m and n is a molar fraction, where m is a real number from 0.01-0.8, and n is 1-m. The alkyl group of R is independently methyl, ethyl, i-profile, n-propyl, i-butyl, n-butyl, t-butyl, n-pentyl, i-pentyl or n-hexyl. The number average molecular weight of the aqueous conjugated polymeric compound is 3,000-100,000. The thin film sensor comprises the aqueous conjugated polymer compound.
