Abstract: 본발명은 PINK1을포함하는신경병증성통증(neuropathic pain) 진단용바이오마커조성물, PINK1의 mRNA 발현또는이의단백질활성수준을측정하는제제를포함하는신경병증성통증진단용조성물또는이를포함하는키트, 방법및 신경병증성통증치료제의스크리닝방법에관한것이다. 본발명의 PINK1는신경, 특히 GABA성신경내에서발현하는것으로, 미토콘드리아내 자가포식(mitophagy)과밀접한관계를가진다. 아울러, 상기 PINK1은건강한정상인에비하여신경병증성통증환자에서유의적으로발현이증가하는바, PINK1 자체를신경병증성통증진단용바이오마커로서활용하거나 PINK1의 mRNA 발현또는이의단백질활성수준을측정하는제제를이용하여신경병증성통증을진단하는조성물또는키트등으로활용할수 있다. 더욱이, 본발명은 PINK1의 mRNA 발현또는이의단백질활성수준을측정하는원리를이용하여신경병증성통증치료제의스크리닝하는방법등으로의생명분야에서다양하게활용될수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition containing 3-methyladenine (3-MA) as an effective component for inhibiting or treating neuropathic pain. The 3-methyladenine according to the present invention inhibits an autophagic reaction of a gamma-aminobutyricacid (GABA) neuron by attentively inhibiting revelation of LC3 and becline 1 in a neuron of dorsal horn, and effectively inhibits pain by hindering signal transmission of pain which induces overexcitabilities of the dorsal horn, thereby being useful for inhibiting or treating neuropathic pain.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及含有3-甲基腺嘌呤(3-MA)作为抑制或治疗神经性疼痛的有效成分的组合物。 根据本发明的3-甲基腺嘌呤抑制γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)神经元的自噬反应,通过注意地抑制背角神经元中的LC3和becline 1的启示,并通过阻碍疼痛的信号传导来有效抑制疼痛,诱导 背角的过度兴奋,从而可用于抑制或治疗神经性疼痛。
