Abstract: 본 발명은

결손 효모를 이용하여 아폽토시스 조절물질을 스크리닝 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은

결손 효모를 후보 단백질을 코딩하는 핵산으로 형질전환하거나
gdh3
결손 효모에 시험물질을 처리하고 배양한 다음 열 스트레스 하에서 상기 효모의 아폽토시스 활성을 측정함으로써 후보 단백질 또는 시험물질이 아폽토시스 조절 활성이 있는지 여부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아폽토시스 조절물질의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의

결손 효모는 열에 의해 유도된 아폽토시스에 대해 높은 민감성을 가지고 있으므로 상기 균주를 이용하여 아폽토시스 조절물질을 효과적으로 스크리닝할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A screening method of apoptosis controlling agent using yeast lacking GDH3 is provided to ensure high sensitivity to apoptosis and to easily screen an apoptosis control material using a lacking yeast. CONSTITUTION: A screening method of apoptosis controlling agent using yeast lacking GDH3 comprises the steps of: culturing yeast lacking GDH3 which codes glutamate dehydrogenase 3, with a testing material; measuring apoptosis activity of yeast lacking GDH3; and determining whether the testing material promotes the apoptosis or suppresses apoptosis.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用缺乏GDH3的酵母的凋亡控制剂的筛选方法，以确保对细胞凋亡的高度敏感性，并使用缺乏的酵母轻松筛选凋亡控制材料。 构成：使用缺乏GDH3的酵母的凋亡控制剂的筛选方法，包括以下步骤：培养缺乏编码谷氨酸脱氢酶3的GDH3的酵母，并用试剂; 测量缺乏GDH3的酵母的凋亡活性; 并测定试验材料是否促进细胞凋亡或抑制细胞凋亡。
