Abstract: 본 발명은 각종 질량분석기 등에 적용하기 위한 소형 크기로 제작한 조립식 소형 시료 도입장치에 관한 것으로, 시료 주입을 위한 시료 도입관을 포함하고, 이 시료 도입관의 일단인 입구에 형성한 격벽을 포함하는 시료 도입장치; 상기 시료 도입장치의 시료 도입관의 타단에 연결되고, 내부에 시료 전달 통로를 포함하고, 또한 내부에 액체와 기체를 분리하기 위한 유리솜을 포함하는 라이너와, 상기 라이너의 주위에 소정 간격을 두고 설치한 카트리지 히터와, 상기 카트리지 히터에 소정 간격을 두고 형성한 온도센서와, 상기 라이너, 카트리지 히터 및 온도센서를 내부에 포함하고, 그 내부면에 고온유지를 위한 유리솜을 형성하며, 소정 위치에 시료 전달용 체결구를 형성한 하우징을 포함하는 시료 증발장치; 상기 시료 증발장치의 하우징 내부에 설치하고, 상기 라이너의 타단에 연결한 칼럼과, 상기 라이너의 타단에 삽입한 흑연을 포함하는 시료 전달장치; 및 증발시료 전달관을 포함하고, 상기 시료 증발장치의 하우징에 형성된 체결구에 전달관의 일단을 설치하고, 상기 시료 증발장치에 의해 발생된 증발시료를 상기 시료 전달장치로부터 전달받아 질량분석기로 제공하는 증발시료 도입장치;를 구비함을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a miniature sample introduction device, which is useful for various mass analyzers, etc, reduces the weight and volume of a mass analyzer, and is convenient to use. CONSTITUTION: The miniature sample introduction device comprises: a sample introduction unit(100) comprising a sample introduction tube(110) and a partition(120); a sample evaporation unit(200) comprising a liner(210) having a sample transfer path therein and containing glasswool(211) for separating liquid and gas, cartridge heaters(221,222) disposed around the liner(210), temperature sensors(231,232), and a housing(240) equipped with a closing part(241) at a desired position; a sample transfer unit(300) disposed in the housing(240) and having a column(310) and graphite(320); and an evaporated sample introduction unit(400) for supplying the sample evaporated in the sample evaporation unit(200) to a mass analyzer, which comprises an evaporated sample transfer tube(410) of which one end is fixed to the closing part(241).
