Abstract:
본 발명은 세포의 증식을 유도하는 신호전달 단백질인 Signal transducer and activator of transcription-3(STAT3)가 RET/PTC 티로신 인산화 효소의 인산화 기질임을 밝히고, 이를 이용하여 in vitro 또는 in vivo에서 RET/PTC의 활성의 측정하는 방법, RET/PTC 활성억제물질을 선별하는 방법 및 RET/PTC 활성억제물질의 성능을 분석하는 방법 등을 제시하는 것이다. 본 발명은 종래 알려진 바와는 다른 방법인 RET/PTC 단백질과 PDK1 단백질의 효소-기질 특이성을 이용함으로써 특이적으로 RET/PTC의 활성을 측정하고 RET/PTC 활성억제물질을 선별할 수 있기 때문에 새로운 항암물질 개발 시스템으로 유용하게 활용할 수 있다. 갑상선, 유두암, RET/PTC, STAT3, 인산화, 티로신
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for identifying an anti-cancer material by using the specific enzyme-substrate relationship between RET/PTC and STAT3 is provided, thereby easily measuring the activity of RET/PTC, and screening the RET/PTC inhibiting materials, so that it can be useful for development of anticancer materials. CONSTITUTION: The method for measuring the activity of RET/PCT comprises using the specific enzyme-substrate relationship between RET/PTC and STAT3(signal transducer and activator of transcription-3), wherein the RET/PTC proteins increase phosphorylation of tyrosine residue of STAT3 in vivo and in vitro; and the RET/PTC proteins are RET/PTC1 and RET/PTC3. The method for identifying an anti-cancer material comprises using the specific enzyme-substrate relationship between RET/PTC and STAT3(signal transducer and activator of transcription-3).

PURPOSE: A method for providing an exclusive slot for urgent data is provided to use the allocated slot as a slot for one urgent data through an inter-node competition method. CONSTITUTION: A superframe includes a beacon interval showing the beginning of superframe, a CAP(Contention Access Period) transmitting a message data through contention and a CFP(Contention Free Period) transmitting a message data without contention. A slot for an urgent data is allocated in the superframe(110). The allotted information of a slot for urgent data is provided to nodes(120).
