Abstract: 본발명은플라즈마처리로접착성이향상된탄성받침의제조공법에관한것으로, 특히 FRP 복합소재의층상으로형성된프리프레그적층체를고무패드와교대로적층하고가류를하여탄성받침의제조시간과인력을감축하면서도우수한접착력을갖음과동시에변형되지않고탄성받침을경량화하는신개념의기술에관한것이다. 종래에개시된 FRP가탄성받침의보강재로사용되기위해서는적합한규격(두께)의플레이트형태로의가공이필요하고, 플레이트로가공시매트릭스로사용되는레진의종류에따라그 경화시간및 인력이추가로소요되는문제점이발생한다. 본발명은이러한문제점을해소하기위한방안으로 FRP의복합소재를이용하여판상의보강재를따로제작하지않고, 보강재의규격에적합하도록형성된프리프레그적층체와고무패드를상호교대로적층한후 변형되지않으면서일체형으로단일경화함과동시에우수한접착력을갖도록하는기술을강구함을특징으로한다.

CONSTITUTION: A mono-cell type expansion joint system(M) having excellent adhesive power with concrete comprises wavy adhesive protrusions(10), a replaceable mono-cell(20), and a fixed mono-cell(30). The wavy adhesive protrusions are consecutively formed on the outer surface of upper plates in a longitudinal direction and are integrally interlocked with post-placed concrete. The replaceable mono-cell has a pair of upper plates(21), upper side plates(24), and an upper expansion material(25). The upper side plates are integrally attached on the bottom of the upper plates. The upper expansion material is fixed between the upper side plates. The fixed mono-cell has a pair of lower side plates(32) and a lower expansion material(33). The lower expansion material is fixed between the lower side plates.
