Abstract:
PURPOSE: A process for producing polyacrylate polymer is provided to suppress a side reaction by the precisely controllable polymerization reaction of living radical, having simple processes and improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: Polyacrylate polymer is a copolymer of a nitro-group acryl monomer and an azide group monomer represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 or R2 is C1-10 alkylene, respectively, and m and n are 1-1000000. A process for producing the polyacrylate polymer comprises steps of: a step of obtaining polymer solution by polymerization reaction of the mixture of the nitro acryl monomer, the azide acryl monomer, a chain transfer reagent, and an initiator; a step of generating a precipitate by dropping the polymer solution to the precipitate solvent; and a step of drying the precipitate.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a polyacrylate based block copolymer containing a dinitro group and polyalkylene glycol which is capable of being used as a binder for emitting high energy by being decomposed while improving the adhesive force and insensitivity, and is denoted by chemical formula 1. (In the chemical formula 1: A is C1-C10 alkylene; a, b, c, and d are separately selected from 1-500; and w is selected from 1-115).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are a non-halogen fire-retardant agent for polyurethane containing a non-halogen nitrogen(N)-phosphorus(P)-based fire-retardant agent, a non-halogen fire-retardant urethane foam using the non-halogen fire-retardant agent, and a preparation method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The non-halogen fire-retardant agent for the polyurethane is produced by dispersing and mixing a polyhydroxy and/or a polyol with 2-500wt%(based on the polyhydroxy and/or the polyol) of the nitrogen- and/or phosphorus-based fire-retardant agent at 3000rpm or more for 30min or more, wherein the nitrogen- and/or phosphorus-based fire-retardant agent contains 0.1-90wt% of a phosphoric acid ester-based and/or inorganic fire-retardant agent. And the polyurethane foam is produced by reacting polyisocyanate with the non-halogen fire-retardant agent.
