PURPOSE: An inclined plate-based precipitating pond for disposing water and sewage is provided to minimize the moving distance of sludge in case of the discharge of the sludge by reducing the inclined angle of an inclined plate. CONSTITUTION: A inclined plate-based precipitating module(2) is formed at an inclined plate-based precipitating pond(1). When target water is introduced into the precipitating module, granule-shaped materials and floc contained in the target water are precipitated on an inclined plate(4). The inclined angle of a unit of the precipitating module is between 30 and 60 degrees. Sludge is discharged through sludge discharging paths(5, 6) based on the gravity of the precipitated floc.

PURPOSE: A gas dissolution equipment for treatment of a drinking water and a wastewater is provided to save power consumption while increase the usage of gas. CONSTITUTION: A gas dissolution equipment for treatment of a drinking water and a wastewater is comprised of a target water supply unit(3), a gas supply unit(4), and a reaction tank having a porous plate(9). A target water and gas are passed through the gas dissolution equipment, thereby allowing them to be efficiently contacted with each other. Bubbles are raised and collided with the bottom of the porous plate, causing an undercurrent, and then they are bumped with the rising bubbles and are increased. The bubbles are passed through the holes of the porous plate to be split into small bubbles.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for disposing sewage and wasted water is provided to reduce the occupied area thereof and energy consumption by integrating facilities which are dispersedly arranged based on unit processes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for disposing sewage and wasted water includes a oxygen supplying and dissolving module(3), a precipitating module(2), a biologically decomposing module(8), a filtering module(9), and a sludge outlet(13). The oxygen supplying and dissolving module is composed of a porous plate and a dissolving module and supplies and dissolves air and oxygen into target water. The precipitating module precipitates and eliminates particles and flocs. The biologically decomposing module biologically decomposes contaminants based on microorganism. The filtering module filters and eliminates microorganism flocs and particles. The sludge outlet controls the amount of the microorganism in the biologically decomposing module and discharges sludge stacked in the filtering module and the precipitating module.

CONSTITUTION: A water treatment device comprises the following: a motor(4) adjusting rotation speed of a settling pond; a rotation center axis(5) connected to the motor or a chain; and a sedimentation module(6) or a sedimentation plate mounted on the rotation center axis. When water passes through the sedimentation module, floc in the water is removed. The rotation center axis is horizontally or vertically formed on the setting pond.

PURPOSE: A membrane filtering system for treating drinking water and wastewater is provided to reduce load applied to a membrane module and to expand a washing cycle by easily selecting a pre-treating process. CONSTITUTION: A membrane filtering system for treating drinking water and wastewater includes a draining water treating bath(8), an electromotive valve(7), a pre-treating transverse settling basin(4), a pre-treating inclined settling basin(3), a pre-treating ordinary filtering module(5), and a submerged membrane module(2). Particulate materials and floc are eliminated from target water by passing through the pre-treating transverse settling basin, the pre-treating inclined settling basin, and the pre-treating ordinary filtering module. A final filtering process is implemented in the submerged membrane module.

PURPOSE: A water treatment device using a rotatable filtering module and a method thereof are provided to accomplish a processing object in a filtering process without a settling pond by dispersing loss of water into a filtering module. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment device using a rotatable filtering module includes a rotation central shaft(2) connected to a motor and a filtering tub(1). A filtering module(3) is mounted to surround the rotation central shaft. The rotation central shaft is connected to each motor. The filtering module comprises a granular medium(5) such as polyethylene pellets and artificial light yarns etc, a fibrous filter medium, and a filtering vessel(6) made of a perforated plate or a mesh. The floc under the water is removed by being passing through the water.
