본 발명에 따른 점착제 조성물은 젖음성이 우수하고 자외선 조사후 박리력이 낮으며 경시안정성이 우수하며 피착제에 잔유물을 남기지 않는다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an adhesive composition is provided to provide to have simple manufacturing process, to provide adhesive composition having excellent wettability, low releasing force after ultraviolet irradiation, and excellent curing stability, and not remaining residues to an object. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an adhesive composition comprises: a step of polymerization by mixing a (meth)acrylate based monomer containing a C1-14 alkyl group, a (meth)acrylate based monomer containing a hydroxy group, a carboxy group, or a glycidiyl group, or a mixture thereof, and an initiator; and a step of addition polymerization by putting a photocurable monomer with carbon-carbon double bond having a carbon-carbon double bond, a catalyst, and polymerization inhibitor into the side chain of the polymer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to have excellent wettability, thereby constantly maintaining initial adhesion, without bubbles or residue remaining on an adherend as time passes, and to have excelled adhesion and re-detaching ability. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition comprises a step of polymerizing a (meth)acrylate based monomer having a C1-C14 alkyl group, a (meth)acrylate based monomer having a hydroxy group, and a (meth)acrylate based monomer having carboxy group; and a step of graft-polymerization by putting a C8-12 alkyl glycidyl ether into the polymer. The polymer comprises 70-90 weight% of a (meth)acrylate based monomer having a C1-14 alkyl group.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a graphene manufacturing method from graphite by instantaneous expansion, by immersing the graphite in a solvent, allowing the solvent to spread to the inside of the graphite layer, and instantaneously releasing pressure in a high-temperature pressurization condition thereby vaporizing the solvent. More specifically, the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of graphene which comprises: a step of adding graphite in a solvent and immersing; a step of allowing the solvent to spread between layers of the immersed graphite; a step of instantaneously releasing pressure under high temperature and high pressure conditions or high pressure conditions and expanding.

The photo-crosslinking type siloxane modified acrylate prepolymer is represented by chemical formula 1. The adhesive member includes light cementation film of base materials and photo-cross linking type adhesive composition.
