Abstract: PURPOSE: A glass sheet checking system is provided to satisfy performance standards related to trustable inspection of a display glass. CONSTITUTION: A glass sheet checking system comprises a light source, a line scan camera(18), a concave mirror, and an optical system. The light source inspects a part of a glass sheet(14). The line scan camera detects light scattering and is formed of multiple pixels. The optical system comprises a first concave mirror and a second concave mirror.
