Abstract: 본 고안은 축구장용 인조잔디에 관한 것으로서, 크림프가 형성되어 곱슬곱슬한 형태(Curled Shape), 모노 필라멘트 형태 및 모노 테이프 형태 중에서 선택된 하나의 형태를 갖는 제 1의 인조잔디 파일(2)과 찢겨진 필름(Splited Film) 형태를 갖는 제 2의 인조잔디 파일(3)이 섬유기포(1) 상에 교호로 형성되어 있고, 상기 섬유기포(1) 이면에 합성 고분자 패드(4)가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안은 2가지 형태의 인조잔디 파일을 동시에 사용함과 동시에 합성 고분자 패드를 섬유기포 이면에 부착함으로서, 충진재 없이도 운동 경기력이 저하되지 않으며, 충진재를 충진하지 않기 때문에 충진재에 의한 냄새나 오염 발생 우려가 전혀 없다. 따라서 본 고안은 실내 축구장용, 특히 실내 간이축구(Futsal) 운동장용 인조잔디로 매우 유용하다.

Abstract: An artificial turf for football playground is provided to enhance exercise performance by attaching a synthetic polymer pad to a backside of a fiber bubble of the artificial turf. An artificial turf for a football playground comprises a first artificial turf(2) and a second artificial turf(1). The first artificial turf is prepared in a curled shape having a crimp, a mono-filament shape or a mono-tape shape. The second artificial turf is prepared in a split film shape. The first and second artificial turfs are alternately formed on a fiber bubble layer(1). A synthetic polymer composition pad is attached to the backside of a fiber bubble layer. The first and second artificial turfs have a height of about 20 to 40 mm.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a deodorizing mat by consecutive steps is provided to obtain deodorizing function through consecutive steps and to maintain the deodorizing capacity for a long time. A manufacturing method of a deodorizing mat by consecutive steps includes: a tufting step of planting original yarns on a foam sheet; a dyeing step of dyeing the tufted original yarn with dye; a back coating step of fixing files on the rear surface of the dyed files; a twisting step of twisting the original yarn to make two or more strings of the original yarn to one string of the original yarn; and a heat fixing step of giving heat with steam to provide form stability for the twisted yarn. The dyeing step includes: a pretreatment washing step; a dye applying and deodorization processing step; a thermal treatment step; a main washing step; a drying step; and a winding step.
