Abstract: Communication in a MIMO network is optimized by selecting a first set of users comprising at least one user, selecting a second set of users not comprised in the first set, adapting communication parameters for the first set of users according to a first principle suitable, e.g. SVD, adapting communication parameters for the sec-ond set of users according to a second principle, e.g. opportunistic MIMO, and transmitting to the first set of user terminals according to the first communication parameters and to the second set of user terminals according to the second commu-nication parameters. In this way, communication with one or a few users can be op-timized while network resources can be used in an efficient way also for other users.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A signal transformation method and apparatus is provided to decrease amount of datum need in a modulation process and a demodulation process in using a digital wideband signal when a wireless high frequency at the wideband is transmitted and received, an A/D transformer is required to devide a channel. CONSTITUTION: A received signal is amplified at a antenna and through passing by a band pass filter the signal is transformed to a digital real wideband signal with an A/D converter. A step of dividing, a channel or channel group provides the digital wideband signal to a demodulator and at that moment I(in-phase) and orthogonal element(Q) required a low pass filtering and a sampling seed decrease with a down sampler , and then I(in-phase) and orthogonal element(Q) have the process of low pass filtering to devide a desirable channel and channel group from a adjacent unnecessary channel and finally the sample signal is extracted.
