Abstract: 본 발명은, 결정 변태(變態)가 α형이고, 미세하고 또한 정립화(整粒化)된 디클로로디케토피롤로피롤 안료와 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것으로, α형 결정 변태 디클로로디케토피롤로피롤 안료로서, α형 결정 변태 및 β형 결정 변태가 혼재하는 조제(粗製) 디클로로디케토피롤로피롤 안료를, 마쇄(磨碎)재 및 습윤제의 존재하에서 습식 분쇄함으로써 α형 결정 변태 디클로로디케토피롤로피롤 안료를 제조한다. 얻어진 안료는, 미세하고 또한 정립화되어 있으므로, 컬러 필터용 등의 안료로서 바람직하게 사용할 수 있다.

Abstract: A method for preparing an alpha-type crystal transform-based dichlorodiketopyrrolopyrrole pigment is provided to allow crystal transformation during micronization and particle alignment with high efficiency. A method for preparing an alpha-type crystal transform-based dichlorodiketopyrrolopyrrole pigment comprises a step of carrying out wet crushing a crude dichlorodiketopyrrolopyrrol pigment containing an alpha-type crystal transform and a beta-type crystal transform in the presence of a crushing agent and wetting agent. The crude dichlorodiketopyrrolopyrrol pigment is obtained by reacting fumaric diester with an aromatic nitrile in an organic solvent. The wet crushing step is carried out at 20-150 deg.C.
