An average diameter of primary particles is 20 to 50nm. The carbon black has 20 to 70 weight percent on the basis of total solid weight of the photosensitive black composition.

Abstract: Provided are a cyan-colored composition for color filters, which is used to produce color filters having high contrast, excellent light resistance, and a wide color reproduction region, and a liquid crystal display device which expresses clear colors having flexibility. The cyan-colored composition for color filters comprises a phthalocyanine-based blue pigment including C.I. pigment blue 15:3 or/and C.I. pigment blue 15:4, a phthalocyanine-based green pigment including C.I. pigment green 7, and a pigment carrier consisting of a transparent resin, a precursor thereof, or a mixture thereof. The color filter has a cyan filter segment formed from the cyan-colored composition, a red filter segment, a green filter segment, and a blue filter segment.
