Abstract: Provided are an active energy ray-curable composition to form a curable coating with excellent transparency which easily slides and does not get scratched easily, and a curable coating attaching member. For 100 parts by weight of an active energy ray-curable component (B), the active energy ray-curable composition contains a certain molecular weight paraffin which is in liquid form at 25°C and whose number-average molecular weight is greater than or equal to 320 and less than or equal to 1000, or polyolefin (A) whose parts by weight ranges from being greater than or equal to 0.01 to less than or equal to 3.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An active energy ray-curable composition is provided to simply remove fingerprint and dust while shielding the fingerprint, and to form a cured film hard to be damaged in the organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: An active energy ray-curable composition comprises an active energy ray-curable quaternary ammonium salt(A) which has a fatty acid ester structure consisting of C12 or more fatty acid, a polyalkylene oxide chain, an acryloyl group or methacryloyl group; and an active energy ray-curable compound(B) different from the active energy ray-curable quaternary ammonium salt(A).
