Abstract: Provided are: a thermal conductivity resin composition which has an excellent molding process ability even though the composition contains a large amount of thermal conductivity particles, obtains a molded body having an excellent size stability in case of an injection molding, and obtains the molded body having a good mechanical matter property and excellent smoothness in case of an extrusion molding; and the molded body which is formed by molding the thermal conductivity resin composition. The thermal conductivity resin composition of the present invention includes a thermoplastic resin and thermal conductivity particles which include an average primary particle having a diameter of 0.1~30 μm. The thermal conductivity particle has a magnesium carbonate particle and a coating layer. The coating layer is formed with a surface processing agent which has an alkoxysilyl group and an alkyl group.
