Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic recovery device for an earth leakage breaker is provided to minimize manpower and improve the rate of operation of a controller by maintaining or recovering power break according to the reason. CONSTITUTION: A leakage detector(25) receives the power from a leakage breaker(5) and detects the leakage current. A surge detector(30) detects the surge voltage in the leakage breaker. An overcurrent detector(35) detects the over current above the regular current and the regular voltage in the leakage breaker. A controller(20) maintains the break state of the earth leakage breaker if the leakage current and the overcurrent are detected. A power booster(15) boosts the voltage. A leakage release detector(40) detects the leakage according to the size of the leakage current between the grounds.

Abstract: 본 발명은 누전차단기 자동복구장치에 관한 것으로서, 누전차단기로부터 전원을 제공받아 누설전류가 발생하였는지 검출하는 누전검출부; 누전차단기에 서지전압이 입력되었는지 검출하는 서지검출부; 누전차단기에 일정 전압 및 일정 전류 이상의 과전류가 입력되었는지 검출하는 과전류검출부; 및, 누전검출부, 서지검출부, 과전류검출부로부터 누설전류, 서지전압, 과전류 중 적어도 하나가 검출되면, 누설전류의 발생이 중지된 경우와 서지전압이 검출된 경우에는 누전차단기가 복구되도록 제어하고, 누설전류의 발생이 지속되는 경우와 과전류가 검출된 경우에는 누전차단기의 차단 상태를 유지시키는 제어부;를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 일회성 누전이나 서지전압에 의해 누전차단기가 차단되는 경우에도 일일이 관리자가 방문하여 누전차단기를 점검하고 복구시켜야 하는 번거로움을 제거할 수 있으며, 제어 장비의 가동률을 높이고 관리에 필요한 인력을 최소로 할 수 있다. 또한, 누설전류가 일정 시간 이상 지속되거나 과전류 등의 위험상황에서는 수용가의 안정성을 확보하고, 관리자의 안전성을 확보할 수 있다.
