Abstract: PURPOSE: A cathode catalyst for a fuel cell, a producing method thereof, and a fuel cell system including thereof are provided to offer the excellent stability of the catalyst to the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a cathode catalyst for a fuel cell comprises the following steps: firstly mixing a hard template and a tungsten precursor; firstly heat-processing the mixture; secondly mixing the firstly heat-processed product with the tungsten precursor; secondly heat-processing the mixture; thirdly heat-processing the outcome, and reducing; removing the hard template from the reduction outcome for obtaining a mesoporous W18O49 carrier; and dipping active metals to the mesoporous W18O49 carrier.
