Abstract: PURPOSE: A telephone bell service denial attack detection system and a method thereof are provided to detect the telephone bell service denial attack for the state maintenance proxy server as a target in the VoIP(Voice over Internetwork Protocol) servicer. CONSTITUTION: A telephone bell information abstraction module(130) extracts the telephone bell information, in which the telephone bell sounded how many times, from the collected session information. A black process module(140) quantifies whether it how many accords with both the probability distribution of the time in which the telephone bell sounds in the extracted telephone bell information and the distribution model of the time in which the telephone bell at the situation without the service denial attack. The black process module produces the conformity value. In case the conformity value produced exceeds the predetermined critical value, it sound alarm signal to inform that the attack has in the proxy server(150).

CONSTITUTION: A statistics information managing unit(110) generates statistical information including the contents usage history and evaluation information of a user. The semantic information managing unit(120) generates semantic information for recommending contents based on the situation information fixed by the user. A contents recommendation information generating unit(140) generates recommendation information about the contents matched with the user based on the statistical information and the semantic information for recommending contents in response to a contents recommendation request received from the user. A contents recommendation information providing unit(150) supplies the contents recommendation information to the user.
