Abstract: 본 발명은 다중 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 배큘로바이러스 발현 벡터, 및 초파리 S2 세포에 유전자 전달 매체로 도입된 상기 배큘로바이러스 발현 벡터를 포함하는 다중 단백질 발현 플랫폼을 제공한다. 또한 상기 플랫폼을 이용한 다중 단백질 발현 방법을 제공한다. 상기 다중 단백질 발현 방법은 배큘로바이러스 발현 벡터를 제조하는 단계; 배큘로바이러스의 복제가 용이한 곤충 세포에 상기 발현 벡터를 도입하여 배큘로바이러스를 증폭시키는 단계; 및 상기 증폭된 배큘로바이러스를 초파리 S2세포에 감염시켜서 원하는 외래 유전자를 안정적으로 발현시키는 단계를 포함한다.

Abstract: A method for expressing a multiprotein is provided to express various and desired proteins with minimizing influence on conventional cells by introducing a multiprotein expression platform using baculovirus into an S2 cell line, thereby providing good effect of inducing a complex glycation path of glycoproteins. A multiprotein expression platform comprises baculovirus introduced into a Drosophilidae S2 cell as a gene carrier. A method for expressing a multiprotein comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a baculovirus expression vector; (b) introducing the expression vector into an insect cell which is an Sf germ cell which easily replicates the baculovirus to amplify the baculovirus; and (c) transfecting the amplified baculovirus into the Drosophilidae S2 cell to express desired foreign genes stably.

Abstract translation: 提供了表达多蛋白的方法，通过将多核蛋白表达平台通过使用杆状病毒引入S2细胞系来表达各种和期望的蛋白质，同时对常规细胞的影响最小化，从而提供诱导糖蛋白复合糖基化途径的良好效果。 多蛋白表达平台包含引入作为基因载体的果蝇科S2细胞的杆状病毒。 表达多蛋白的方法包括以下步骤：（a）制备杆状病毒表达载体; （b）将表达载体导入昆虫细胞，该昆虫细胞是易于复制杆状病毒扩增杆状病毒的Sf生殖细胞; 和（c）将扩增的杆状病毒转染入果蝇S2细胞以稳定表达所需的外源基因。
