Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for isolation of extracellular vesicles from body fluid, and more specifically, to a device comprising a channel formed on a microchip and a porous polymer monolith filter connected to the channel. A device of the present invention can be used for obtaining nucleic acid information in vesicles needed for diagnosis of diseases such as cancers, etc. by a noninvasive method. By using the device of the present invention, it is possible to isolate and purify a large amount of vesicles in a short period of time from a small amount of body fluid sample thereby being used for clinical diagnosis. Therefore, it is expected to be significantly used for research using vesicles and diagnosis of diseases such as cancers, etc.
