Abstract: PURPOSE: An organoboron compound with a blue light emitting property is provided to manufacture and realize an organic light emitting diode(OLED). CONSTITUTION: An organoboron compound or a salt thereof is denoted by chemical formula 1. The compound emits blue light. A method for preparing the compound of the chemical formula 1 comprises a step of dissolving a compound of chemical formula 7 in anhydrous dichloromethane(CH_2Cl_2) and adding triethyl amine(Et_3N) and trifluoroboron-ether complex(BF_3-OEt_2). An organic light emitting diode(OLED) composition contains the organoboron compound. A light emitting material composition contains the organoboron compound.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供具有蓝色发光特性的有机硼化合物以制造和实现有机发光二极管(OLED)。 构成:化学式1表示有机硼化合物或其盐。化合物发出蓝色光。 制备化学式1的化合物的方法包括将化学式7的化合物溶解在无水二氯甲烷(CH 2 Cl 2)中并加入三乙胺(Et 3 N)和三氟硼烷络合物(BF 3 -Et 2 - 2)的步骤。 有机发光二极管(OLED)组合物含有有机硼化合物。 发光材料组合物含有有机硼化合物。
