Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for detecting the rotation of a roller is provided to easily detect the rotation of a guide roller since a stator and a rotor detect the rotation of the guide roller generate when the guide roller rotates. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting the rotation of a roller comprises a rotor(40), a stator and a current detecting unit. The rotor is close to the through hole of a roller, which passes through a rotary shaft. The rotor is fixed to the inside of the roller. The rotor is a permanent magnet. The stator is installed on the rotary shaft to face the rotor. The stator is wound on the iron core on the rotary shaft.
