Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer for cancer cell therapy and an atmospheric pressure plasma apparatus are provided to diagnose cancer with only polymer of gold nanoparticle and to remove side effects and pain. CONSTITUTION: A polymer used in treating cancer cells is formed by binding of a metal nanoparticle with a primary antibody to antigen of cancer cells. The metal nanopaticle is a gold nanoparticle of a diameter of 30nm. The primary antibody is FAK(focal adhesion kinase). The polymer further contains a secondary antibody on which a fluorescence material is conjugated. A plasma apparatus which is used in treating cancer cell by irradiating plasma to the cancer cells comprises: a first cable having a first electrode and a first insulator surrounding the same, a second cable having a secondary electrode and a second insulator surrounding the same, and a powder supply unit for generating plasma.

Abstract: 본발명에따른암세포치료용중합체에의하면, 암세포의항원에대한항체와금나노입자의중합체만으로도암세포의진단에응용될수 있는효과가있다. 또한본 발명에따른대기압플라즈마장치에의하면, 고가의진공장비나가스공급기구등이불필요하며가정용전원만으로동작이가능하여이동및 조작이용이하고, 발생된플라즈마를저온으로유지함으로써열에의한환자의통증과부작용을제거할수 있는장점이있다.
