Abstract: PURPOSE: Carbon materials for a super capacitor electrode and a manufacturing method thereof improve productivity by forming the carbon materials into the uniform shape and size. CONSTITUTION: Porous silica is manufactured (S100). A solution is dipped into the porous silica. Coal-tar pitch is dissolved in the solution. A carbon-silica composite is formed by carbonizing the coal-tar pitch (S300). Porous carbon is formed on the carbon-silicon composite (S400).
