Abstract: The present invention relates to a hydroelectric turbine having piezoelectric elements and, more specifically, to a hydroelectric turbine which can improve power generation efficiency by installing piezoelectric elements on a surface which collides with water from a pelton turbine which uses kinetic energy of water released from a hydraulic pressure generating unit for generating a certain hydraulic pressure in order to generate power using kinetic energy and pressure of water. According to the present invention, the hydroelectric turbine system comprises a turbine which has a hydraulic pressure generating unit for generating a certain hydraulic pressure and multiple buckets formed in radial direction to generate electric energy by receiving kinetic energy of water released from the hydraulic pressure generating unit; and multiple piezoelectric elements which generate electric energy when the pressure regularly changes as they collide with water released from the surface of the buckets.
