Abstract:
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A hydrocarbon conversion method using a catalyst containing TNU-9 zeolite, and the catalyst for the conversion reaction of hydrocarbon are provided to economically perform processes by using a cheap organic structure-directing agent. CONSTITUTION: A hydrocarbon conversion method comprises a step of contacting hydrocarbon with a catalyst containing TNU-9 zeolite. The TNU-9 zeolite is obtained by using an N,N,N,N`,N`,N`-hexamethylpentanediammonium ion or its salt as an organic structure induction molecule. The hydrocarbon is converted by the transalkylation of an aromatic compound or the heterogeneous reaction of an alkyl aromatic compound.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A TNU-9 zeolite synthesis method reducing the manufacturing cost is provided to manufacture the TNU-9 zeolite by the use of the organic structure induction molecule. CONSTITUTION: A hexamethylpentanediammonium ion, salt, precursor, or depolymerization product is used as organic structure inducement molecule in the manufacture of the TNU-9 zeolite. It puts into in mixture including N-hexamethyl penta di ammonium ion or the salt, and the silica 10-60 mole about the organic structure induction molecule. A reacted product is heated in figure 120~180. The TNU-9 zeolite is manufactured.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to aluminosilicate natrolite zeolites and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to PST-3 zeolite having a similar composition and structure with natrolite which is a kind of natural zeolite which has never been artificially synthesized so far, wherein Si and Al atoms are irregularly distributed in the framework of zeolite; PST-4 zeolite regularly arranged; zeolite of natrolite having the framework distribution between PST-3 and PST-4; and a manufacturing method thereof.
