Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite including hydroxyapatite, chitosan, chitin, or a derivative of the same, and catechol or a derivative of the same; an organic reinforcing material composition including the composite, a product manufactured with the organic reinforcing material composition, and a method to manufacture the composite. The composite provided in the present invention is a material with catechol or an added catechol derivative, which has characteristics of being harmless to a human body, shows strong mechanical strength to be used as various biomaterials such as an artificial sinew, an artificial ligament, and an artificial dental material; and is useful for various kinds of required materials, without limitations.

본 발명은 균일한 팔라듐 나노 입자를 촉매로 한 수소와 산소를 이용한 과산화수소 직접 생산에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 과산화수소 직접 생산을 위한 균일한 팔라듐 나노 입자-탄소 촉매, 그 제조방법, 상기 촉매를 이용한 과산화수소 직접 생산방법에 관한 것이다 본 발명은 또한, 팔라듐 나노 입자의 크기에 따라 직접 과산화수소 선택성 및 수율에 변화를 보이는 팔라듐 나노 입자-탄소 복합체의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 팔라듐 나노 입자-탄소 복합체 촉매는 과산화수소 직접 생산 반응 활성 및 선택성의 뚜렷한 변화를 보임으로써, 팔라듐 나노 입자의 크기를 조절하여 선택성을 최적화하려는 목적을 달성할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A direct manufacturing method of hydrogen peroxide is provided to increase selectivity and yield and to be economical by not using corrosive materials. CONSTITUTION: A direct manufacturing method of hydrogen peroxide using hydrogen and oxygen uses palladium nano particles dipped in carbon as a catalyst. The carbon is one or more selected from a group consisting of Vulcan XC-72, acetylene black, ketjen black, carbon nanotube, and mesoporous carbon. The average particle diameter of the palladium nanoparticles is 1-3.5 nano meters. The palladium nano particle-complex is manufactured by agitating and dipping the palladium nano particles into carbons in a liquid phase. The liquid phase is a stirred solvent which includes hexane, toluene, chloroform or a mixture including one or more thereof.
