Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device including an integrated conductive substrate is provided to improve efficiency and a lifetime by simultaneously functioning as a substrate and an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A transparent anode faces a conductive substrate. A light emitting layer (13) is arranged between the conductive substrate and the transparent anode. An electron injection interfacial layer (12) is arranged between the conductive substrate and the light emitting layer and is in contact with the surface of a semiconductor layer. An optical control layer (16) is arranged on the upper surface of the transparent anode.
