    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fixing antibody on a substrate to have constant direction is provided to improve stability, specificity and sensitivity of immunosensor. CONSTITUTION: A method for fixing an antibody on a substrate surface to have direction comprises: a step of introducing cystein residue to terminal of Fc-binding peptide; a step of introducing Fc-binding peptide on the substrate surface; and a step of fixing the antibody to the other terminal of Fc-binding peptide. The Fc-binding peptide is His-Xaa1-Xaa2-Xaa3-Xaa4-Xaa5. The Xaa1 is aromatic amino acid or histidine residue. The Xaa2 is potisively charged amino acid or hydrophobic amino acid. The Xaa3, Xaa4, and Xaa5 can be any amino acid.
