Abstract: PURPOSE: A container for cell culture is provided to induce differentiation into specific cells and to enhance the efficiency of differentiation. CONSTITUTION: A container(100) for cell culture contains cell culture side(110) for proliferation and differentiation by adhering adult stem cells. The cell culture side is integrally formed with the container and is formed of biocompatible polymers. A method for manufacturing the container comprises: a step of laminating a first conductive layer and adhesive layer on a substrate and adding a lotus leaf onto the adhesive layer; a step of laminating a second conductive layer and metal plating layer on the lotus leaf; and a step of separating the substrate and lotus leaf in order and forming a mold at one side of the metal plating layer.
