Abstract: 목 디스크를 예방하기 위한 거북목 경고 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 거북목 경고 시스템은 획득한 영상을 이용하여 사용자의 자세를 측정하고, 미리 설정된 기준자세와 사용자의 자세를 기반으로 경고 등급을 결정하여 결정된 경고 등급을 제공하는 자세 판별 장치 및 제공받은 경고 등급에 상응하는 경고를 발생시켜 사용자에게 제공하는 경고 발생 장치를 포함한다. 따라서, 거북목 경고 시스템 및 방법에 따르면, 정보 처리 기기 사용 환경에서 휴대 가능한 외부 장치에 경고 기능을 부가적으로 이용하여 사용자가 편리하게 거북목임을 인식할 수 있으며, 정보 처리 장치의 위치 및 종류와 상관없이 사용자에게 자세에 대한 경각심을 줌으로써 효과적으로 거북목 증후군 및 목 디스크를 예방할 수 있다.

Abstract: Disclosed are a system and a method for warning a forward head posture for preventing a herniated cervical disk. The system for warning the forward head posture includes: a posture determining device which measures the posture of a user by using an obtained image, determines a warning level based on the posture of the user and a preset reference posture, and provides the determined warning level; and a warning generating device which generates a warning corresponding to the warning level and supplies the warning level to the user. Therefore, according to the system and the method for warning the forward head posture, the user conveniently recognizes the forward head posture by additionally using a warning function in a portable external device in an environment using an information processing device. Forward head posture symptoms and the herniated cervical disk are effectively prevented by giving the warning about the posture to the user regardless of the location and kind of the information processing device.
