Abstract: PURPOSE: A container for cell cultures for enhancing proliferation and differentiation efficiency of various cells including adult stem cells is provided to save cost and time for cell culturing. CONSTITUTION: A container for cell cultures contains a cell culture side(11) for proliferating and differentiating adult stem cells by adhering to the adult stem cells. The cell culture side has a micro structure(11a) placed on a cell culture side at a predetermined interval. The micro structure has a protrusion. The container is placed on the upper side of the micro structure at a predetermined interval and has a plurality of nano structures. The contact angle of the cell culture side and water is 50 degrees or more. The micro structure is formed of thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, or an elastomer.

Abstract: 본 발명은 성체 줄기세포를 비롯한 각종 세포의 증식 및 분화 효율을 높이는 세포 배양용 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 세포 배양용 용기는 성체 줄기세포를 점착하여 증식 및 분화시키기 위한 세포 배양면을 포함한다. 또한, 상기 세포 배양면은 상기 세포 배양면 상에서 일정한 간격을 두고 배치되는 마이크로 구조물을 포함하고, 상기 마이크로 구조물은 돌출된 형상을 갖고, 1㎛ 내지 4㎛ 사이의 범위에 속하는 폭 또는 직경을 갖는다.
