Abstract: 본 발명은 소형이고 대기압에서 낮은 소비전력으로 플라즈마를 생성시킬 수 있는 저 전력 휴대용 마이크로파 플라즈마 발생기를 개시(introduce)한다. 상기 저 전력 휴대용 마이크로파 플라즈마 발생기는, 동축케이블, 외부도체, 연결도체 및 연결부재를 구비한다. 상기 동축케이블은 제1내부도체 및 상기 제1내부도체를 둘러싸는 유전체를 구비한다. 상기 외부도체는 상기 동축케이블을 둘러싼다. 상기 연결도체는 적어도 하나의 가스유입관을 구비하며, 상기 동축케이블의 일단에서 상기 제1내부도체와 상기 외부도체를 전기적으로 연결한다. 상기 연결부재는 상기 외부도체를 관통하여 상기 제1내부도체와 연결되는 제2내부도체를 구비한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable low power consumption microwave plasma generator is provided to minimize the power loss by maximizing voltage and electric field in a low power hand-held microwave plasma generator. CONSTITUTION: A coaxial cable(10) comprises a dielectric(6) that surrounds a first internal conductor(7) and a first internal conductor. An outer conductor(4) surrounds a coaxial cable. A linking conductor(2) comprises one or more gas incoming pipes(3). The linking conductor connects electrically one end of a coaxial cable, a first internal conductor, and outer conductor. A connecting member(1) comprises a second internal conductor(8) connected via the outer conductor to the first internal conductor. The dielectric is air. The inactive gas flows in through the gas incoming pipe. A microwave is applied through the second internal conductor.
